We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Spanish speaking Property Administrator in Lawrence, Massachusetts. This role is primarily involved in the real estate industry, concentrating on property management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative duties and should be proficient in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support by answering phone calls, setting up apartments, and managing paperwork.
- Act as the first point of contact by greeting residents and addressing their inquiries.
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to documents.
- Ensure the accurate processing of paperwork, including scanning and copying of documents.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts and undertake appropriate actions when necessary.
- Utilize Spanish language skills to assist and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking residents.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications with precision.
- Ensure all customer applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proven experience in property management is essential
- Proficiency in Spanish is required as the role may involve liaising with Spanish-speaking clients
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle complaints professionally
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations is a plus
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have a high level of attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle contracts and leases effectively
- Ability to handle financials and budgets for properties
- Experience in coordinating maintenance requests and managing repairs
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest property trends and market conditions.
