Linwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Centeris located in Scranton, PA, close to downtown Scranton with many parks in the area. Linwood provides a full range of services in our highly regarded program of nursing and rehabilitation and nursing-centered care. We pride ourselves on positive outcomes and personalized services.

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our collaborative team.

As the Administrator, the position would be responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, budgeting and physical management of the facility, residents and equipment in such a manner that the purpose of the facility will be established and maintained in accordance with established policies.

The Administrator will work with each department to assure that preventative measures, treatments, medications, diet and other health related services are properly carried out and documented as prescribed and in accordance with Local, State and Federal guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four year college or university; or one to two years related and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current PA NHA license is required. Employee must be in good standing with the state.
  • At least five (5) year’s experience in a supervisory capacity in a health care facility. Knowledge of Federal and State regulations pertaining to nursing homes; knowledge of current standards of practice of long term care; knowledge of personnel administration.
  • Must have advanced training in hospital or long-term care administration.


This position is full-time salaried position.

The starting salary is $130,000.
