Our education programs facilitate the successful implementation of phone-free school environments by providing administrators and teachers with education, training, and development resources, along with all necessary equipment. In addition, Yondr supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones.

Yondr supports schools through cell phone-free programs. Our education programs facilitate the successful adoption of Yondr lockable pouches in school environments by providing administrators and teachers with education, training, and development resources.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Programming Manager to create robust ongoing programming to keep Yondr partners engaged with us over the customer lifecycle. This role is pivotal in ensuring our new partners are onboarded efficiently and that our existing partners continue to derive value from our offerings. Yondr is growing rapidly and the Yondr Program we will cocreate is an essential part of our ability to scale. You will be responsible for creating online learning content, managing a Learning Management System (LMS), and planning and executing live web conferences designed to continually nurture our partnerships, helping our educations support their students' academic and social emotional needs.

What you'll do:

• Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging online learning materials tailored to partner needs, ensuring clarity and accessibility. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and quality.
• Onboarding & Support: Design onboarding training and resources that will empower our new partners and Yondr Education Program Specialists as they work together to plan and launch new Yondr school implementations.
• Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by encouraging participation, driving discussions, and responding to partner inquiries. Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute live web conferences and webinars, coordinating with multiple partners for content, and marketing and sales to drive registration. Ensure smooth logistics, compelling programming, and effective follow-up to maximize attendance and participation.
• LMS Management: Administer and manage the Learning Management System, ensuring content is up-to-date, accessible, and user-friendly. Utilize all platform features to maximize engagement and best practices in adult learning. Analyze usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Program Evolution: Continuously assess the needs of partners and the effectiveness of programming. Gather feedback, analyze metrics, and implement changes to enhance value and keep partner engagement high.
  
  

What you'll bring:

• Experience in partner management or customer engagement roles.
• Familiarity with educational technology and online learning best practices.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools to track engagement metrics.
• Proven track record of building and engaging large communities over time.
  
  

Exceptional Candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program development and management, preferably in an online learning environment.
• Proven experience in creating online learning content and managing an LMS.
• Proficient in instructional design.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience planning and executing live events, webinars, or web conferences.
• Proficiency in using technology tools and platforms for content creation and community engagement and eLearning.
• Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and implement improvements.
