We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to join our executive leadership team, with a focus on refining and expanding our product offerings in the market. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of crafting and implementing product roadmaps by translating market insights, business objectives, technical requirements, and user needs into cohesive strategies. We are looking for someone with a background in leading cross-functional teams to deliver both top-tier consumer mobile apps and enterprise solutions. This role demands a strong operational acumen, excellent organizational skills, self-direction, and effective team leadership. You should be adept in both analytical and creative problem-solving within design and development projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Product Management: Oversee the comprehensive planning, execution, and management of the entire product portfolio to ensure alignment with company objectives and market needs.
  • Execution & Delivery: Drive product concepts alongside your team and leadership from the top of the product funnel and planning through the delivery process in a timely fashion allowing our products to stay ahead of the competition, increase customer satisfaction, and improve the bottom line.
  • Market Insight and Analysis: Develop a profound understanding of the market dynamics and competitive landscape, enabling proactive identification of opportunities and threats.
  • Vision and Roadmap Definition: Clearly articulate and align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across teams and stakeholders to foster a unified direction across the company and multiple product lines.
  • Cross-Product Coordination: Facilitate the seamless execution of go-to-market strategies for all products, ensuring cohesive delivery from the release process to product launch while maximizing market impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Generate clear product roadmaps, effectively communicating progress and strategies to internal stakeholders, external customers, and board members to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work hand in hand with Marketing, Sales, Design, Engineering and customer representatives to collect key product usage insights, leading to successful market execution and enhanced product offerings.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline product management processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure the seamless operation of product launches and lifecycle management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.
  • Ongoing Research Leadership: Drive product research initiatives and implement continual improvements based on findings, prioritizing user feedback and shifting market needs.
  • Innovation and Strategic Proposals: Craft and present visionary innovations and strategic proposals, with well-calculated business cases supporting enhancements across all product lines.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships that enhance the overall product portfolio and drive collaborative growth.
  • Performance Measurement and OKRs: Define and consistently monitor product-related Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), applying key performance metrics to track achievement and inform decisions.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the budget for the product management team to ensure optimal resource allocations and cost-effective operations.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, inspire, and motivate the product management team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years managing complex software products, preferably in a SaaS environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a diverse product team across multiple locations.
  • Domain Knowledge: Proficient understanding of security, identity, and privacy within both B2B and B2C software contexts, enhancing informed decision-making.
  • Agile Expertise: In-depth experience with agile development processes that drive efficient product cycles and team collaboration.
  • Operational Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing product operations, ensuring efficient workflow processes and effective resource allocation to meet product development timelines and objectives. This includes familiarity with operational metrics that inform decision-making and optimize product delivery efficiency.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong people skills accompanied by assertiveness, allowing for effective team dynamics and stakeholder engagement.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication abilities, enabling clear articulation of ideas and strategies across various audiences.
  • Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Robust analytical skills coupled with a strategic approach to product management, ensuring aligned execution and performance tracking.
  • Leadership Qualities: An innovative leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of inspiring teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Remote Team Management: Proven experience managing hybrid or remote teams, ensuring productivity and engagement from all members.
  • Business and Technology Acumen: Solid understanding of the intersection between business needs and technological capabilities to drive impactful product solutions.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to create and present meaningful product roadmaps to key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
