Our Relationship Management team helps support stakeholders working with financial institutions in the US and Canada ranging from national banks, regional banks, and startups. This role leverages extensive datasets to develop and execute strategic quantitative analysis for our clients and supports managing client relationships. Effectively and accurately communicating analytical results and strategic implications is a key aspect of this role.

Pay Scale Information
The salary range for this position is $60,600.00 - $96,800.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.

What You'll Bring
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in economics, behavioral economics, finance, statistics, industrial engineering, mathematics, social sciences, computer science, or related field(s)
- Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience preferably in retail banking, payments industry, data analytics, financial services, or consulting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform data analytics to draw insights out of data and develop a storyline for client presentations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to directly interface with internal stakeholders on a daily/weekly basis
- Supports creating a project scope and analytic approach in response to requests from stakeholders
- Managing day-to-day communications and status update meetings to align on work objectives
- Independently managing assigned workflow for analytic projects
- Provide oversight and technical support to other team members
- Validate that data is accurate and deliverables are client ready both for work produced by the individual and by other team members
