Responsibilities:
Required skills:
- Produce prompt and accurate on demand reports primarily for the 340B and Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy Services (OSPS) teams
- Develop one-time analyses and scheduled reports using database queries. Support the requirement gathering and documentation to publish query concepts into both internal and external reporting environments
- Conduct data analysis and present findings in an accurate and timely manner to both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure data methodology is prepare to accompany the analysis output and handoff
- Assist in the creation of the Functional Requirements Documentation and design for new 340B and OSPS solutions & services
- Assist with UAT/validation of new 340B Link technology and feature releases within the 340B Link Operational Readiness framework
- Identify and document data quality issues and data capture gaps and present these to appropriate intake paths for consideration and gap closure
- Connect meaningfully with customers to build emotional engagement and customer advocacy
- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, problem solve and use appropriate technology to produce results
- Ability to utilize various data sources including pharmacy claim, hospital charge, prescription order, provider and location data to create reports and analyze data
- Consistently model and inspire high levels of integrity
- Assist in other technical projects as needed such as, but not limited to:
- Preparation of 340B contract pharmacy project performance analysis
- Preparation of 340B optimization analysis for improved 340B claim capture
- Preparation of 340B optimization analysis for improved 340B captured claim replenishment
- Preparation of impact analysis as part of Operational Readiness functions for new technology releases
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively when necessary/required
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (SMSS) required
- Advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel required
- Knowledge of relational database principles including SQL and MS-Office products are required
- Demonstrated Data Analytics and reporting skills that includes identifying themes, observations, outliers, patterns, etc. in the data
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with work experience in presenting analysis to key stakeholders
- Strong time management, multi-tasking & prioritization skills
- Capable of independently managing business relationships and building trust
- Learn quickly through self-study via communication and collaboration with other associates
- Creativity and flexibility are a must as Omnicell 340B is a dynamic environment and requires a candidate that is comfortable facing new challenges
- Bachelor’s Degree degree required
- Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Azure, Jira, Confluence preferred
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management applications preferred (Salesforce)
- Knowledge of the 340B drug program and navigating pharmacy data
- Knowledge of Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, Hospital, and/or PBM experience
- Experience with pharmacy data including claims, orders, and hospital charges
