Description

We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to join our team and lead quality initiatives across our US facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's quality standards and processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in flexible packaging, printing, or related industries
  • Experience with both paper and polymer-based packaging preferred
  • Expertise in complex artwork and print processes
  • Proven track record of developing and mentoring Quality professionals
  • Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management
  • Ability to balance technical skills with strategic thinking and leadership

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive quality performance across multiple US facilities
  • Oversee laboratory practices, material evaluation, and quality-related databases
  • Lead and enhance corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement product improvements
  • Manage and develop a team of Quality Assurance professionals
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Interface with customers on technical matters and complaint resolution
