Our Autoshop Solutions product is dedicated to creating engaging websites and marketing solutions that drive business for the automotive industry. Our agency uses deep industry knowledge combined with cutting-edge marketing strategies in the areas of search engine advertising, content creation, and social media. We are seeking a Production Coordinator to add to our growing team! As an Associate Production Coordinator, you will be onboarding new clients into Autoshop Solutions’ marketing services and coordinating redesign projects for existing clients.

What You'll Do:

• Communicate directly with clients to build trusting relationships both digitally and over the phone.
• Manage client expectations and task timelines to deliver a quality product that meets client needs and target timelines.
• Assist with onboarding and setup steps for social media, domain management, call tracking, and more.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Development, and Marketing Services teams to build website and marketing strategies for our clients.
  
  

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

• 0 - 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or Customer Service preferred.
• Excellent multi-tasker and/or experience in project management.
• Strong organization skills and an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Self-motivator and strong time management skills.
• Ability to adapt and meet deadlines in an environment where priorities and needs can change quickly.
• Willingness to learn about automotive and marketing concepts.
