  • This role is eligible to be performed remotely, however, if you reside within 60 miles of Lands' End's offices in Dodgeville, WI or New York, NY, you will be expected to collaborate onsite in a hybrid fashion for up to 12 days per month.

  • Paid Internship: $20/hr
  • Twelve-week program: May 19 - August 8, 2025
  • Full-time opportunity: 8am - 5pm CT
  • Summer Hours: Work ends on Fridays at 1pm CT

Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. Participants in our program receive one-on-one mentorship while working alongside seasoned Digital Marketing professionals. As a Digital Marketing intern, you will have a hands-on opportunity to project manage and gain exposure by building relationships with internal and external agency teams. You will work alongside your team on a variety of projects spanning across digital media. Your experience as an intern at Lands' End is both educational and fun, while keeping you connected with your mentor, manager and fellow interns. You will gain exposure to company leaders through roundtables, your final project showcase and other company functions. We are seeking someone who is interested in continuously learning about retail media, marketplaces and marketing technology in a field that is constantly changing.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team on upcoming retail media projects
  • Create reporting documents
  • Conduct competitive analysis
  • Attend meetings with vendors and internal partners
  • Participate in the summer project with fellow interns that will be presented to leadership
  • Help support audit process
  • Assist with strategy projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Progress towards a bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Retailing, Business Analytics, Communications or related field preferred
  • Ability to multitask, work with a team, deadline driven, create high quality work, desire to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects
  • High level of initiative, motivation, positive attitude and excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs skills
