- Master's degree in a Social Service Field plus 6 years of experience in a behavioral health and/or quality assurance or related role. OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a Social Service Field plus 8 years of experience in a behavioral health and/or quality assurance or related role.
- Licensed as MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist preferred
- Valid California Driver's License
- Hires and trains QA staff to ensure the implementation of the TQM system.
- Acts as a liaison between regional agencies, county QA/QM partners, and SBHG representatives with matters regarding quality assurance, including attending all relevant meetings and trainings.
- Oversees the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) presentations by participating in their development and finalizing the presentations.
- Sponsors and acts as a consultant for Rapid Cycle Improvement Processes (RCIP) as needed and appropriate.
- Provides assistance with the creation of necessary plans of correction for internal and external audits.
- Develops and analyzes reports and creates plans based on findings to support quality improvement efforts.
- Provides assistance with the development of and training to the Peer Review and Tracer processes.
- Collaborates with agency leadership to identify quality improvement needs and supports agency QA teams with supporting those needs.
