Information Technology Administrator

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Information Technology Administrator to join our team. The IT Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all IT hardware and software, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and network equipment.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and systems.
• Assist with IT projects and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in IT administration.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure, GCP), scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python), cybersecurity (antivirus software, vulnerability management), ticketing systems, and VoIP technology.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V).
• Certifications in relevant technologies (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+).
