Position Summary

As a Senior TA Partner for the Enterprise Search Team, you will be recognized as an inspiring leader within Talent Acquisition, functioning as a high-level recruiting strategist. You will perform all the duties of a TA Partner, including but not limited to handling full life-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring leaders and HRBP’s, meeting the goals and metrics for the team, and running your day-to-day priorities. You will also assist in the development of high-level recruiting strategies, including the management of difficult to fill, senior level and high-touch positions for special projects.

The Senior TA Partner must be able to eagerly and easily flex between assignments as needed; and lead highly visible project teams that will require extensive reporting with senior leader and executive visibility. This role is going to be working across business units, so you must be willing to learn and participate in new and evolving business areas. You will plan and execute on project teams to proactively recruit with comprehensive and leading-edge recruiting and sourcing techniques. Be a knowledgeable subject matter expert within TA and the businesses you support, being sought out as the trusted advisor on the team.

You will lead the charge as a point of contact for partners and peers within TA.

  • Partner with the business to design, build, execute, and measure a strategic recruiting plan to attract the world’s best talent.
  • Use data to solve problems in all areas of recruiting and define success, translate metrics into usable insights for stakeholders.
  • Improve processes and efficiencies and champion innovative talent acquisition ideas with regards to top of funnel activity and high-fidelity throughput.
  • Ensure an impressive candidate and hiring leader experience through top -tier communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview formatting.
  • Foster an environment of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continued learning where the status quo is questioned and ideas for improvement are championed and continually explored.
  • Actively mentor junior recruiters and raise the skill level of the team in which you work.
  • Be aligned and a leader of CVS Health Value and How We Work Behavior through your actions.
  • Function as subject matter expert for team tools and resources such: Workday, including reporting, Video interviewing, background checks, MS Excel and PowerPoint and LinkedIn.
  • Lead/attend regular calls with the TA team, business leaders and/or HRBP’s .
  • Lead project teams and execute initiatives across your direct TA team
  • Including enterprise thought process on projects and initiatives to influence the overall organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced, full lifecycle recruiting in a matrixed environment with proven experience delivering strategic and consultative recruiting solutions at an accelerated pace while building positive collaboration with the business, HR Business Partners and Enterprise TA Team
  • 2+ years of proven project management, reporting, and TA technology expertise
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working within a highly matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Executive Recruiting - FLC
  • Ability to work Hybrid Model (in office Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday)
  • Experience Recruiting in Corp Services such as HR, Compliance, Finance, Communications, Strategy and Legal

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent work experience to substitute

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$67,900.00 - $182,549.40

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
