Annual salary is a minimum of $88,005.00.
Responsible for driving production, leading other Foreman, running all
aspects of work, & must work in close partnerships with Superintendent &
Project Manager. Must have or be willing to complete the following safety
certifications within the first 120 days of employment: OSHA 30, Hilti
Tool, Boom/Hydraulic Lift User, & CPR Training. ICI, LLC will
provide & pay for this training during work hours. Must make safety a
priority in all aspects of job & understand all OSHA regulations. Be able to
lead & develop 5-50 skilled workers, train & develop other Foreman,
read construction documents, have strong communication skills, QA/QC
work, & hold team accountable. Proven leader of various sized projects
$50K-$10million. 5 years' experience in Drywall & Steel Framing
required. 2 or more years Foreman experience required. Must have required
certifications & valid driver license.
Shifts: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Sunday (days based on
need), 40 hours per week.
Must have flexibility to work any days/hours needed, including weekends
& holidays. Employer will use a single workweek to compute wages due.
Employer uses a Mon through Sun work week as standard for computing wages due
and are paid weekly. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life
Insurance, 401K. The offer of health insurance benefits for all workers is
optional. All work is located Denver-Aurora-Lakewood BLS, Boulder
BLS, & Colorado Springs BLS
