Job Summary
EJE ACADEMIES "Justice, Service, and Excellence from the Heart" TEACHING OPPORTUNITY: ART TEACHER MISSION STATEMENT As dual-language charter schools, the mission of the Excellence and Justice in Education Academies (EJEA) is to prepare students from diverse populations to excel in higher education and to be leaders in creating a just global society. POSITION SUMMARY The Teacher is responsible for educating each student in his/her charge, and for working with students, parents, other teachers and staff toward achieving the goals set forth by EJE Academies. This teacher position reports to the Principal. Minimum Requirements: • California Single Subject credential, Art • Must be able to successfully clear DOJ (fingerprints), TB Test and Drug Screen TEACHING AT EJEA The teaching culture at EJEA is built on professionalism, collaboration, and high standards.
