We are looking for an experienced and driven Customer Replenishment Manager to join our expanding operations team. This role is essential for overseeing and enhancing the Walmart account's replenishment and inventory management functions, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence within Walmart's systems and processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic, analytical mindset with experience in retail operations, and a deep knowledge of Walmart's tools and procedures.

COMPENSATION: Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $90,000 - $100,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Customer Replenishment Manager to join our expanding operations team. This role is essential for overseeing and enhancing the Walmart account's replenishment and inventory management functions, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence within Walmart's systems and processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic, analytical mindset with experience in retail operations, and a deep knowledge of Walmart's tools and procedures.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop, generate, and sustain weekly sales and replenishment reports that inform strategic decision-making to achieve optimal in-stock levels, sales targets, and Walmart's performance metrics.
- Build and nurture a customer-first relationship with Walmart Replenishment Managers, ensuring alignment with Walmart's standards, responding to Walmart's operational needs, and supporting their goals.
- Partner closely with Walmart Buying and Planning teams, along with internal stakeholders, to proactively identify risks, forecast demand, and streamline the replenishment and supply chain process.
- Lead Walmart PO tracking and shipping processes, proactively addressing any discrepancies or delays in supply chain processes to maintain accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Manage Walmart-specific vendor and account needs, including direct import setup, pricing audits, and maintaining accurate item records across key platforms like Retail Link and NetSuite.
- Execute collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) processes, ensuring seamless inventory flow and supply chain efficiency across Walmart's ecosystem.
- Oversee Walmart fulfillment, warehousing, and in-store execution strategies, optimizing in-stock levels and product availability to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage event execution, coordinate with Walmart's supply planning, and oversee new product rollouts to meet seasonal and promotional demands.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills, with the ability to leverage data for effective decision-making
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience working cross-functionally and driving initiatives in a retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer-focused relationships
- Proficiency in Walmart's Retail Link, Nova, Aspen, Item 360, DSS, and Luminate systems
- Problem-solving mentality, follow-through, and tenacity
- Tenacious with high sense of urgency and are inclined towards finishing assignments
- Ability to work in a results-oriented, hyper growth environment
- Prioritization – be able to separate important vs urgent
- Experience: 5+ years in Retail, Buying, Planning, or Replenishment roles, with Walmart experience required
- Knowledge of Supply Chain: Understanding of processes such as Forecasting & Replenishment, Financial planning, Store Operations, Inventory Management, Order (retailer) Management, and Distribution & Logistics
- Systems Expertise: Proficiency in Walmart's Retail Link, Nova, Aspen, Item 360, DSS, and Luminate is essential
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement
- Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands
- 5-10% travel
