We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various projects. You will serve as a critical liaison between the client and development teams to ensure that solutions align with business objectives. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for creating detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD), wireframes, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), among other deliverables, ensuring that the client's needs are accurately captured and communicated throughout the project lifecycle.
This position will be onsite at our headquarters in Virginia Beach.
Key Objectives
Objective 1: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements.

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for creating detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD), wireframes, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), among other deliverables, ensuring that the client's needs are accurately captured and communicated throughout the project lifecycle.
This position will be onsite at our headquarters in Virginia Beach.
Key Objectives
Objective 1: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders, including workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
- Create comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD) that outline functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and process flow diagrams to visualize and validate the requirements.
- Produce and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) to ensure all requirements are accounted for and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support testing by creating acceptance criteria and functional test cases to ensure the build aligns with business requirements.
- Maintain consistent communication with project team and client throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Ensure alignment between system documentation and development efforts by reviewing changes to requirements or system architecture, supporting the development team in maintaining consistency throughout the project.
- Complete 2-week product training.
- Complete other trainings as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with the product team regarding features and applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience with building enterprise or scalable applications
- Experience working in either/both agile and waterfall methodologies of project delivery
- Experience with relational databases including designing data models and entity relationships diagrams from business use cases
- Have a knack for problem solving and strong critical thinking skills
- Self-starter who works well with others in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
