Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-03 (GS-13) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing contractor performance in the repair, modernization and construction for nuclear submarines

This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-04 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15. This position has a control point; thus the salary range may be capped at GS-15, step 05, which is equivalent to $165,187. If you're current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.

Duties
- You will provide administrative and technical supervision to the in-Service Submarine staff.
- You will formulate In-Service submarine unique polices and approaches.
- You will review, analyze, and interpret NAVSEA programmatic goals and objectives.
- You will conduct continuing review and analysis of all formal technical document associate with In-service submarine contacts.
- You will review Navy generated Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) for overall design and production engineering impact.
- You will review contractor generated technical data and information, both general and specific data deliverables.
- You will review progress of work against schedules and milestones.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
