Manager, Suite Sales

The Manager, Suite Sales drives both short and long-term sales revenue for the organization by selling annual and multi-year suite leases. The role will also entail selling hospitality for events like Super Bowl 60 and FIFA World Cup 2026. This role is responsible for managing an annual book of business year over year. This position requires a skilled negotiator, proficient in conducting and executing sales presentations with C-Level Executives and prominent individuals. The individual must also have a comprehensive understanding of the Bay Area market trends, including multiple business industries.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Focuses on prospecting, cold outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
- Sets and conducts sales meetings in office, out of office and virtually.
- Conducts sales research and identifies key B2B categories and prospects.
- Efficiently manages multiple prospects and keeps a robust pipeline.
- Works with colleagues on crafting proposals for sales pitches.
- Builds and fosters relationships with current and upcoming renewal accounts.
- Negotiates with prospective clients to close sales.
- Closes high-dollar individual and long term sales.
- Provides accurate sales pipeline information and feedback on accounts.
- Continually creates and implements unique sales strategies.
- Implements and engages sales training techniques.
- Attends events such as speaking engagements, lunches/dinners and various networking events.
- Leads teambuilding sessions and encourages colleague participation.
- Researches and implements industry trends and best practices including participating in major leagues best practice sessions. Develops “out of the box” ideas to stay ahead of market trends.
- Records daily prospecting activity notes in CRM.
- Responds to all inbound leads and premium inquires.
- Participates in 1:1 & group meetings in which feedback is given and solicited for continual process improvement.
- Collaborates with suite activation and sponsorship departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Abilities and Skills:
- Ability to use focus on a speaker using verbal and non-verbal clues to understand their message, comprehend the information and respond thoughtfully.

Education and Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , Zoom, Canva, DialSource and Zoom.
- Experience gaining meetings through cold calling, email communication, letters and other forms of custom outreach.

This position requires the employee to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays.
Travel:
45% of local travel time and 5% of intra and interstate travel requiring overnight stay are expected for the position.
Compensation:
$80k with bonus/commission TBD
