The team contributes to the success of EVDD by communicating policy, measuring financial deliverables, ensuring controls are in place, supporting sourcing analysis and decision making with high quality data and analytics.To be successful, this role works collaboratively with:
- Software Operations Leadership, Finance and to anticipate needs, respond to changes, and ensure global alignment
- Regional and Global leads of teams and other internal and external leads
- Product Team members who provide insight into the actual and forecast data to support financial deliverables
- IT Consumption Team to support Consumption process, spend, trends as it relates to the Software Operations activities
- Manager and other global team members
What you'll do...
- Support the consumption process using application production data and analysis to drive accurate forecasts and financial needs
- Increase business acumen by gaining a comprehensive view of EVDD and the integrated financial picture
- Opportunity to help shape the future of the Operations Team
- Develop relationships with senior management
You'll have...
- Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of analytical experience such as, data analyzing, data visualizations and presentations.
- 3+ years of financial processes, purchasing, and contract development
- 2+ years of Excel and Microsoft 365 skills (advanced skills)
- Ability to think strategically and communicate with simplicity and clarity at all levels of the organization
- Understanding of Ford’s internal structure with the ability to build strong partnerships and foster relationships at all levels, within and outside of organization
- Familiar with Ford toolset (iERP, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Jira, Rally…) and the ability to use the tools/data to support data-based decision making
- Experience/understanding of Engineering and IT development tools and methodologies especially in Connectivity/Mobility
- Strong customer service mentality with the communication skills and ability to interact at senior levels
- Program management capabilities and the ability to execute operational details
- Ability to operate independently and effectively prioritize competing demands
- Maintain patience, courage, and resilience in leading change
