Your role
The Regional Sales Manager is a key part of the Americas sales team and will be responsible for the promotion of the Pulsar Measurement product portfolio within the region. Success will be measured relative to exceeding sales forecasts, improving profit margins, expanding into new strategic sectors, and helping to drive company initiatives. Territory includes Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama.

Your Responsibilities
Based remotely within the region, you will be responsible for:
- Reaching and exceeding your annual territory sales target
- Bring value to Representative partners and customers with effective sales visits, training and strategic development within the defined Region
- Develop new channels to market within the territory, whether through changes to rep network or OEM, house account development.
- Promoting our family of products through sales visit, training and product support within the defined area.
- Proactively working with our global marketing team to create marketing collateral that optimise ROI from marketing activities in your region.
- Developing and maintaining an active and popular social media profile in line with our brand and marketing guidelines.
- Actively maintaining sales funnel information in CRM and in cooperation with the inside sales team.
- Understanding and communicating market trends and drivers that are influencing our customers purchasing decisions across our target sectors.
- Continuously monitoring competitor analysis and feeding back where our competition are investing in solutions.
- Reporting on market trends and the likely impact on future Research and Development for Pulsar.
- Presenting your regional updates at regular sales meetings throughout the year.
- Representing our business at exhibitions/trade shows in person or virtually.
You demonstrate a high level of experience within a similar field of expertise as a Regional Sales Manager or Technical Sales Engineer and are looking for the next career challenge.
- Able to continuously meet and exceed sales targets for the region.
- Extensive B2B sales experience and a proven track record of year over year sales growth via direct, distribution, OEM sales and other routes to market.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across a skills wide range of decision makers.
- Able to demonstrate excellent presentation and speaker skills that directly address the target audience.
- Highly competent time and budget manager who maximises customer F2F and virtual meetings.
- A driven and tenacious sales professional who easily develops new customer leads while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Has undertaken sales training and understands the importance of maintaining a healthy sales funnel through increasing new lead generation, lead to sale conversion and customers Net Promotor Score.
