Description
The ALBA Kitchen Supervisor will report directly to the F&B Manager overseeing and supervising kitchen staff. Will collaborate with the F&B Manager on developing standards & SOPs to manage inventory, ordering, supplier relationships, cleanliness and food cost. The Supervisor will ensure that food is of high quality and consistent execution, and kitchen is in good, clean, in hygienic condition and that all food prep in line with the food safety standards. This position is also responsible for maintaining kitchen equipment and works with the leadership team to coordinate repairs and service as needed. The Supervisor will also work hand in hand with the Front of House operational team and will be cross trained to provide additional support. Performs other functions as requested by the F&B Manager, General Manager and management including menu development and team relations.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, walk, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or telephone. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
THE JOB:
As the Kitchen Supervisor you will report to the F&B Manager and General Manager and work closely with Human Resources and other departments as needed.

In return, the Kitchen Supervisor will be rewarded with competitive compensation. We offer health benefits, Nonstop Health benefits program, paid Vacation, Pay on Demand and a 401k savings plan which you will be eligible to join after 90 days of employment. The Company match is currently 50 cents per dollar of employee contribution up to 6% and is subject to change. The match is effective on the first of the quarter following one year of employment. In addition, employees are eligible for the Noble House Team Member and Family & Friends Rate discount Program at Noble House properties.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or Lead Line Cook, required.
- Minimum of 1-year previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Food hygiene and safety regulations required.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks including inventory, ordering, time management and training.
- Ability to be a clear thinker, multi-task, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgement.
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy, prioritize and organize.
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team by leading, motivating, engaging, and empowering team members.
- Ability to communicate with guests and other staff members (English/Spanish).
- Strong leadership skills including Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and basis computer knowledge.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, holidays and able to cover shifts as determined by business needs. ** The Supervisor will be responsible for covering culinary shift needs based on planned/unplanned absences.
