Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant II supports the business unit by providing administrative services to assigned manager(s) and/or multiple departments. They might be called upon to provide receptionist duties.
This position is in office, in-person, 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday, in Loveland, CO.

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $18.17 - $22.93

- Creation of communication pieces, reports, and Power Point presentations in an accurate and efficient fashion
- Receives and, handles communication within department(s) promptly and courteously
- Maintains strong organizational skills to facilitate the efficient retrieval of material and can provide quality assurance for work of others
- Data Entry duties
- Handles travel arrangements
- Performs receptionist duties
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience and at least two (2) years of relevant job experience
- Solid verbal and written communications skills, personal skills and ability to understand, follow the directions and manage multiple deadlines and projects
- Strong working knowledge in preparing reports, presentation materials, scheduling meetings
- Proficient and accurate keyboarding skills
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
- Associates degree in office administration preferred
