Warranty Clerk Details

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 14.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:45pm )
• $13.50/hr-
• Open and successfully close all warranty repair orders for customer vehicles
• Track all warranty claims and ensure appropriately action is taken and communicated with customers.
• Apply all warranty claim billing as needed for each claimCreate and maintain a warranty claims
• Create and maintain a warranty claims ad hoc reporting program to keep the General Manager and billing informed of the status of all warranty claims.
• Communicate and report incoming transportation damages toUP within 48 hours time period.
• Manage all repair orders- Enter warranty claims in a timely manner in K dealer and HMA portal systems
  
  

Warranty Clerk Qualifications

• MUST BE Proficient at Microsoft Excel
• Open and successfully close all warranty repair orders for customer vehicles
• Track all warranty claims and ensure appropriately action is taken and communicated with customers.
• Create and maintain a warranty claims ad hoc reporting program to keep the General Manager and billing informed of the status of all warranty claims
• Communicate and report incoming transportation damages to UP within 48 hours time period.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
