We are seeking a dedicated New Construction & Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focused on guiding clients through the entire new construction process—from locating vacant land to building their dream homes. This role involves establishing relationships with local builders, helping clients navigate local ordinances, and supporting them throughout the building journey.

We are seeking a dedicated New Construction & Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focused on guiding clients through the entire new construction process—from locating vacant land to building their dream homes. This role involves establishing relationships with local builders, helping clients navigate local ordinances, and supporting them throughout the building journey.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Builder and Developer Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local builders and developers to provide clients with quality options for their construction needs.
- Land Acquisition Support: Assist clients in identifying and acquiring vacant land that aligns with their preferences and building requirements.
- Ordinance Navigation: Educate and guide clients through local zoning and building ordinances to ensure smooth and compliant project development.
- Builder Selection Assistance: Support clients in vetting and selecting reputable builders that fit their project needs, budget, and timeline.
- Construction Process Guidance: Offer consistent support and advice throughout the building process to ensure clients are informed and confident in each phase of development.
- Lead Generation and Client Conversion: Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly, converting leads into client appointments and building strong client relationships.
- Buyer and Seller Consultation: Consult with buyers and sellers, converting leads to signed agreements, and guide them in property selection, pricing strategy, and marketing for listings.
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers to maximize client satisfaction and secure successful transactions.
- Open House Coordination: Conduct a minimum of two open houses per month to boost visibility and lead generation.
- Task Tracking: Manage tasks and client interactions in PLACE Technology to ensure organized and consistent follow-ups and engagement.
- Professional Development: Graduate from PLACE Launch and participate in weekly script practice, team activities, training sessions, and 1:1 coaching per team standards to enhance service delivery and professional growth.
- Licensed Real Estate Professional: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales, with a focus on new construction or land acquisition.
- Self-Motivated and Competitive: An intrinsically driven sales professional with a competitive spirit, able to self-direct and maintain high performance.
- Communication & Service-Oriented: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to service and an ability to build rapport and actively listen to identify client needs.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation Skills: Strong skills in prospecting and lead generation, with a talent for overcoming objections and providing client-focused solutions.
- Team Player & Organized: Collaborative mindset with strong organizational and time management skills; committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Growth Mindset: Open to learning scripts, dialogues, and best practices for ongoing professional development.
