Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily clinic operations, ensuring a smooth, patient-focused experience.
- Implement and refine processes that improve efficiency, reduce wait times, and enhance overall patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to support seamless patient care and service coordination.
- Monitor key performance indicators and set goals to ensure quality outcomes, compliance, and adherence to healthcare regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
- Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Identify and implement best practices in clinic management and patient care processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a family medicine or outpatient clinic setting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management, budgeting, and process improvement.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on patient-centered service.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and operational benchmarks.
