Qualifications
- HS education plus 3-5 years experience with stainless steel welding
- MIG / TIG
- Possess a solid understanding of welding equipment and welding accessories
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, welding process specifications, and welding symbols
- Mechanical machine shop background a plus
- Creativity, and good communication skills
- Someone who can work in a team environment but also works independently and has great troubleshooting ability
- Good verbal communication skills
- Must have own tools
