Description:

Position Function:

Maintain accurate records of employees' training requirements and fulfillment in the Training LMS. Ensure the integrity, reporting, analysis, and presentation of training data.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in social sciences or business preferred.

Experience: Two years' experience with data analysis and using tools to extract, analyze, and present or otherwise report complex information to internal and external stakeholders. Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications – especially Excel – required. Database management, programming experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred. Knowledge of regulatory standards for accreditation and child­ caring/placement agencies in the state of Texas, working knowledge of auditing processes and procedures, experience with learning management systems, and familiarity with eLearning training methods, tools, and techniques are all a plus. Candidate MUST be able to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX.

Working Conditions:

Extensive computer usage in an office or remote environment. Periodic attendance at external trainings and functions. Lifting files and office supplies up to 10 pounds. Ability to work independently.

Exposure To Confidential Information:

This position involves exposure to confidential information about clients, personnel, and proprietary company practices. All confidential and sensitive information must be managed per company policy and applicable laws.

Key Expectations/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, annual, and other LMS reports for all employees of ACH.
  • Ability to present data findings to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve reporting capabilities for internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate quality assurance and improvement activities within the agency to improve compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness of the training department.
  • Manage internal and external audits and general quality requirements.
  • Respond to request for data/reports related to training operations, trends, quality assurance, compliance and other contractual training outcomes.
  • Assist with troubleshooting LMS technical issues to include testing, enhancements and functionality.
