ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

• Assumes responsibility for the development and implementation of effective and commercial banking planning.
• Ensures the effective performance of commercial banking related servies.
• Oversees and is responsible for the Credit Union's commercial service growth efforts for new relationships, maintaining existing relationships. Responsible for promoting, facilitating, and modelling Sales and Service to build member relationships ensure that activities result maximum volume, appropriate profit for the Credit Union, and minimal delinquency ratio.
• Assumes responsibility for effective administration of commercial banking functions.
• Effectively supervises personnel, ensure optimal performance.
• Assumes responsibility for ensuring that professional business relationships are established and maintained with members, staff, vendors, the business community, and trade organizations.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination with Credit Union personnel, management, and directors.
• The employee is responsible for reading and shall strictly adhere to all policies, rules, and regulations, and training that have been or that may hereafter be established by or applicable to the Credit Union for the conduct of its employees, and further, Employee shall strictly adhere to all the provisions of the Credit Union's handbook(s).
