- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Completion of a residency program in a relevant specialization.
- Licensure to practice medicine in the respective state.
- Board certification in the relevant specialty (if applicable).
- Strong foundation in clinical practices and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
