Job Title: Credit Analyst

Department: CLC V

We are looking for Credit Analyst to join our team. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for the underwriting, documentation, processing, and maintenance of lending products and loan files.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist underwriting commercial loan products following the bank’s loan policy and procedures, and general prudent lending practices.
• Perform credit analysis and spreads on financial information; and communicate with Lending Manager on loans.
• Perform site visitations to new borrowers and existing borrowers.
• Prepare & review files for policy, regulatory, and documentation compliance, including equal credit, fair credit reporting, BSA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Follow up with tickler items.
• Provide good service to all clients and potential clients of the Bank, as needed and as required for obtaining necessary documents for other departments of the Bank.
• Maintains high level of awareness in areas of regulatory compliance, loss prevention, security matters and adherence to Bank’s policies and procedures.
  
  
  

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Prior experience in banking and/or lending preferred, but not required.
• Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or client complaints.
• Present a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental, and external representatives.
• Good analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
