- $ 20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )
- Receptionist position on active construction site!
- Answering phone calls and emails.
- Directing visitors to correct locations.
- Filing, date entry, organization of office
- Cleaning of office, dusting, vacuuming.
- Assist collecting timecards, invoices, and other documentation.
- 1 year reception/office experience
- 1 year solid data enter and filing experience
- Comfortable with computers and using different software.
- Must have steel toed shoes.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
