What You Bring To SBHG


  • Valid California Driver’s License
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment. First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
  • Valid LVN / LPT license if applicable
  • Three (3) years of QA experience, preferably in a Mental Health Agency or County Behavioral Health Program
  • Bachelor’s degree in child counseling, development or psychology, or related social science field preferred.


How You Will Make a Difference

The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for the Quality Assurance Program for Community Services. The position is responsible for auditing documentation to reconcile with billing and oversees documents of services by staff to assure conformity with Medi-Cal, County, other outside agencies, and internal standards and policies. The QA Coordinator manages all charts with deficiencies by processing them to the appropriate department for correction. QA is responsible for ensuring the discharged chart is closed in the correct order and completed. Position oversees the Continuous Quality Assurance program, medical records and records all CQI data.

Division/Program Overview


  • The Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) is a short-term voluntary residential facility.
  • Designed to help adult residents, ages 18-59, who experience a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to community.

  • 24/7 Program
  • Therapeutic and mental health services
  • Rehabilitation/recovery services, including substance use rehabilitation services
  • Pre-vocational or vocational counseling
  • Medication evaluation and support services
  • Daily exercise and health/wellness education
  • Crisis intervention

Grade State Range: 28.51 - 45.62 USD Hourly
