You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide top-notch care. Your clinical reasoning and compassionate approach will ensure that patients receive personalized treatment tailored to their needs. The role is essential not only for maintaining the health of individual patients but also for contributing to the broader community's well-being through preventive care and health education

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough medical examinations and patient assessments.
  • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress.
  • Devise and administer treatment plans.
  • Provide health education and counseling to patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
  • Perform necessary surgical procedures, if qualified.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and acute health crises.
  • Stay updated with the latest medical research and advancements.
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities.
  • Assist in training medical students and interns.
  • Advise on public health initiatives and preventive measures.
  • Conduct health screenings and assessments in the community.
  • Engage with patients to understand their needs and concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of a residency program in a relevant specialty.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state,(MPI).
  • Board certification in the specialty area (if applicable).
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong ethical and professional standards.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience in community health initiatives is an advantage.
