Principle Responsibilities and Duties
Under the supervision of the Manufacturing Manager the successful candidate can expect to:
- Analyze, modify, and present data from MS Excel spreadsheets used for manufacturing performance indicators
- Conduct time studies and lead improvement projects focused on manufacturing processes
- Support Post Fab Manger with technical document creation and process improvements
- Write, format, edit, and update instructions and procedures to be used by manufacturing
- Assist Quality Department in writing and performing Weld Procedure Qualifications
- Supports the manufacturing process for new processes in multiple departments
- Update and perform maintenance on excel based tools
- 2nd year of an Engineering degree complete (in Industrial/ Mechanical or equivalent)
- Minimum of a 3.2 GPA
- Must be dependable, highly motivated, self-directed, attention to detail, and possess great organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with team
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Strong Aptitude to learn new skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Ability to use AutoCAD software
- Ability to complete a long-term internship with Enerflex
