Mid = $117,986.20

Summary
The Supply Chain Systems Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, design, testing, rollout and performance monitoring for support of supply chain processes and systems.
Responsibilities
Manages support for all Supply Chain Services systems; INFOR Lawson, MedApproved, Omnicell, GHX, Vizient Systems, Captis Systems, Surgery Exchange, Vendormate, Mobile hand helds, CDM supply interfaces, Optime supply interfaces and others systems as acquired. Provide first level support for all departmental computer systems. Provide services in an efficient and respectful manner to all customers and confer with other members of the team to ensure quality of service.
Prepares clear, concise and comprehensive training materials and provides customer training. Performs investigation to determine proper course for problem resolution; logs problem or opens tasks with Information Services Help Desk or Vendor according to established guidelines.
Controls Item Master Adds, Changes, Deletes to ensure the correct item details, prices and UOM are set up and maintained in our systems for Patient Care, financial accuracy and reporting.
Collaborates with cross-functional departments to analyze trends and develop best business practice policies and standards to drive internal and external department budgets and improve patient care.
Develops programs and reports to meet customer needs and organizational goals. Maintain a working knowledge of all departmental computer applications to include concepts, design, operation, files, commands, records, utilization and reporting functions to enhance and process definition of user requirements for: INFOR Lawson, MedApproved, Omnicell, GHX, Vizient Systems, Captis Systems, Surgery Exchange, Vendormate, Mobile Hand Helds, CDM supply interfaces, Optime supply interfaces.
Establishes LEAN management program; striving to continuously improve by providing recommendations on process improvement, increases efficiency and elimination of waste.
