Key Responsibilities
- Creating and managing invoices
- Maintain and update records related to accounts receivable
- Submit payroll
- Keep track of employee vacation and personal days
- Maintain all certificates of insurance, W-9 forms, and onboarding paperwork for employees
- Perform other accounting and HR duties as assigned
- Prior experience (5+ years) in an administrative role, preferably within an accounting or Human Resource department
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices for small businesses
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Trustworthy and reliable with a positive and energetic attitude
- Associate’s/College degree; BA in business administration or relevant field is a plus
