Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing invoices
  • Maintain and update records related to accounts receivable
  • Submit payroll
  • Keep track of employee vacation and personal days
  • Maintain all certificates of insurance, W-9 forms, and onboarding paperwork for employees
  • Perform other accounting and HR duties as assigned

Requirements For Success

  • Prior experience (5+ years) in an administrative role, preferably within an accounting or Human Resource department
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices for small businesses
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Trustworthy and reliable with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Associate’s/College degree; BA in business administration or relevant field is a plus
