The Events and Experiences team brings the magic of Google to life through physical experiences that make our brand tangible, human, and shareable. You will collaborate across teams and departments to create delightful, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave a lasting impression.
In this role, you will lead all applicant management for Events and Experiences Creative and Production team. You will be comfortable working in ambiguity with changing role profiles and competing priorities. Your day to day will change based on project timelines, but at all points you will be advocating for the applicant experience and support applicant assessments, evaluating applicant skills and team needs. You will partner with creative operations and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in growth marketing.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 5 years of experience leading a team.

Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting processes for all applicant roles on the team.
- Maintain rosters of discipline specific collaborators in partnership with discipline owners within the team (e.g., creative, motion graphics, design, production).
- Perform administration and data entry using internal tools and Google products to ensure organization around all resourcing in events and experiences.
- Communicate professionally, with a high level of context as it relates to each individual at all times. Treat all candidates with dignity and respect while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Manage day to day needs for TVCs (e.g., access to internal tools, timesheet approvals, expenses).
