Hanratty Law Group is a personal Injury law firm looking for a motivated, self-starter to take the role of Legal Assistant. Qualified candidate must be fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills. Experience in the legal industry is required.

This is a full-time position for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment with opportunities to grow.

Requirements

Qualified candidate must be fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of office experience with experience in personal injury preferred.

Qualified candidate must be hard working and self-motivated team player.

Candidate should also know the basics of day-to-day operations of a legal office.

Must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of case management software.

Candidate must have secretarial and organizational skills, able to effectively prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
