- Experience in land development projects, with familiarity in working on government contracts, particularly with USACE, DOD, and DOE.

- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, specifically focused on land development projects.
