Leaders Furniture is a 53-year-old, financially stable, multi-branch retail and wholesale furniture company currently looking for strong, self-motivated individuals to join our Team. We compete to win as a team every day. To be successful in this role you must be proactive in meeting our production schedule and customers†expectations of quality.

The cut position primary job is to lay out fabric, place markers, cut patterns, and accurately pair the cut patterns with their serial tag. Our operation is automated. This critical pole position starts the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

  • Fabric cutting experience – Minimum of 2 years
  • CNC experience (preferred)
  • A positive “Can Do†attitude
  • Ability to be focused on maintaining our 99% customer satisfaction rating
  • Great listening, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bring a fun and positive energy to the team
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Motivation to excel
  • Proficiency with a computer
  • A willingness to learn other positions

The ideal candidate will have CNC experience.Â

  • Working knowledge of Morgan Technical
  • Or Comparable Systems
  • Gerber
  • Eastman
  • Lectra
  • Bullmer
