Reporting to the Manager of Software Engineering is responsible for wearing multiple hats from viewing the architectural approach with a critical eye, making implementation decisions, and proactively communicating this with the team.

Designs, implements, and maintains tools and processes for the continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of software. Will work with developers, testers, and system administrators to ensure the entire software development life cycle is efficient, smooth, and error-free.

This is a full-time, Hybrid, 3-month internship, targeting a start date of Summer 2025. Intern must be able to be on-site in Santa Clara Ca weekly.

Qualifications

What we need to see (Minimum Qualifications):

• Must have completed BS degree and be Pursuing a Masters Degree or PHD in computer science or related STEM technical field.
• 1+ years experience developing tools, libraries, and infrastructure for data preprocessing, model training/finetuning, and deployment of LLMs.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing Master's or PhD in Computer science or related technical fields.
• 2+ years experience developing tools, libraries, and infrastructure for data preprocessing, model training/finetuning, and deployment of LLMs in research and production environments.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $63,000.00-$166,000.00

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
