Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time contract (1099) basis. This role is designed for an experienced professional who thrives in challenging environments and is passionate about driving projects to successful completion. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple high-profile projects from initiation through closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
• Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders and team members, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues while ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and track project milestones.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and build strong relationships to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills And Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive collaboration.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
