Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant at XTalk Prep Consultants, you will play a critical role in supporting the marketing team with campaign development, market research, and content creation. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn about the world of marketing. You'll assist in executing marketing strategies that engage our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of social media content.


• Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks and project management.


• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing strategies.


• Help develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.


• Coordinate events and webinars to promote XTalk Prep's services.


• Maintain and update the company's marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) system.


• Assist in monitoring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Required Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


• Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.


• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
