Job Title: Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the final phase of a crucial project. This role will require a proactive individual who can maintain and ensure the accuracy of tracking systems while effectively engaging with technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update, maintain, and oversee the precision of Feature Delivery, Testing, Acceptance, and Migration tracking systems.
  • Monitor and manage the Issue/Bug-Fix Status and Resolution Tracker.
  • Collaborate with technical personnel to gather and document essential project information, ensuring clear communication with project staff, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in progress update meetings and triage issues as necessary.
  • Create customer communications such as newsletters and project updates.
  • Develop a cohesive framework for documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer, including coordinating the creation of technical documentation and training materials.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and documentation methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy in all project-related tasks.
  • Experience in developing training documentation and user manuals is highly advantageous.

Contract Duration

This role is expected to be a short-term contract position with an initial duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Candidates should be prepared for the potential for a 3-month contract.

Expected Weekly Hours

Local Candidates

This position is fully onsite. Candidates must be comfortable with the short-term nature of this project and able to work on-site.

Background Checks

Candidates will be subject to mandatory background checks and fingerprinting as required by the client. Continued employment is contingent upon the successful completion of these checks.
