Job Description
As the Business Operations Lead, you will support the Delivery leadership team’s business requirements and help to drive the organization forward locally and globally. This role will facilitate continuous improvements as we transform the way we execute, simplify our processes and strengthen stakeholder communications, in order to realize our vision of being the digital transformation partner for our clients.
Candidates would ideally be located in the Dallas, TX area. Expectations for this this hybrid role are to come into the office to collaborate 1-2 days per week and as business needs arise. It also involves travel as needed within North America.

Requirements
The primary responsibility is to assist our delivery leaders and our Head of America’s Delivery with day-to-day business requirements including:
- Supporting Delivery initiatives and Business Operations with a strategic growth mindset
- Managing reporting requirements to ensure visibility and quick action
- Coordinating between key business stakeholders within the region and globally
- Managing business communications in collaboration with Marketing
- Promoting Corporate Responsible Business initiatives including Diversity programs
- Providing leadership support for key initiatives and change management
This role will operate at a tactical, strategic and operational level, working closely with the Head of Delivery in a global Delivery organization of over 3000 employees. The successful candidate will be able to:
- Articulate and translate strategy with effective presentations for Executive Leadership
- Provide process clarity and streamline business processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Motivated to take action with a sense of urgency
- Exhibit critical thinking skills and be factual and analytical
- Ensure consistent implementation of corporate standards and policy

- Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Science or Technology (MBA is a plus)
- 10+ years experience in IT Services
- 6+ years Business Operations experience
- Financial and analytics experience
- Material/Collateral development skills
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Project Management
- Strong oral and written communication
