JOYBA College Brand Ambassador (Spring 2025)

Description

In this role, you will introduce your peers to JOYBA Bubble Tea, driving brand awareness and making it the drink of choice on your campus!

Your main tasks are to distribute JOYBA product samples through tabling events in populated areas on your campus and within student organizations, as well as create and share engaging social media content on your personal Instagram and TikTok accounts.

Timeline: This part-time role runs through the Spring 2025 semester/quarter.

Initially launched regionally, JOYBA is now expanding nationwide! We're excited to partner with you to share JOYBA Bubble Tea on social media and on campus. We're looking for Ambassadors who are outgoing, fun, and inspire their peers to create connections, friendships, and real talk (over real tea!)

Responsibilities

Over the course of 12-weeks, you will complete the following tasks:

• Distribute all of the provided JOYBA product samples. Samples arrive in 2-4 increments throughout the program. You will distribute samples through a combination of tabling events in populated areas on your campus and sampling within student organizations.
• 5 TikTok posts - we will boost the best content through TikTok spark ads throughout the program
• 1 Instagram Reels - a repost of your best performing TikTok post
• 1 Instagram static in-feed post
• 8 Instagram stories
• Participate in 1 Lunch & Learn video group call with members of the JOYBA marketing team (optional, selected participants are eligible for a bonus)
  
  

In addition to the tasks above, you will also be responsible for the following logistics:

• Pre-program virtual training & planning
• Weekly communication with EvolveZ via Slack and video calls
• Capture & submit picture and video content throughout the program
• Adhere to task due dates/milestones
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time, currently enrolled college student available to promote JOYBA in-person on your college campus in the upcoming Spring 2025 semester/quarter.
• Should not be participating in another Ambassador program within the beverage industry.
• Passionate about event planning, social content creation & promotion, and being a trendsetter for new products amongst your peers. Added bonus if you already love JOYBA!
• The ability to connect with on-campus organizations (Greek Life/campus clubs) is crucial for this role.
• A strong presence on Instagram and TikTok is required. For Instagram, we require applicants to have at least 1,000 followers with strong engagement rates. For TikTok, we require applicants to consistently have videos that generate over 500 views.
• Ambassadors must make their Instagram & TikTok accounts public and unhide likes throughout the program.
• This paid, part-time role is as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the US and possess a valid SSN.
  
  

How Evolvez Works

EvolveZ works with brands like JOYBA to create and execute their Brand Ambassador programs. For this program, the EvolveZ team will interview, hire, train, and manage the Ambassadors on a weekly basis, while the JOYBA team maintains general oversight.
