Job Title: Foreman – Data Center

Location: Cheyenne, WY

Department: Operations/Engineering

Reports To: General Foreman / Superintendent

Job Summary

Loenbro Industrial Service aims to provide cutting-edge electrical infrastructure for mission-critical facilities, positioning itself as a trusted partner in a rapidly expanding industry. While specific duties can vary depending on the project's complexity, common responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a crew of 5-20 craft employees.

Create and ensure a 3-week look-ahead schedule is monitored and adhered to accordingly.

Develop project documentation, including as-builts and testing reports. This involves ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible

to relevant team members.

Assist in procuring materials and equipment necessary for the project.

Ensure that all work meets the required standards and compliances. Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.

Promote and enforce safety standards on the project site. This includes conducting safety audits, providing safety training to staff, and

ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. Promptly report any violations of policies, procedures, or safety

guidelines to the appropriate parties. Ensure all employees within the team know and follow the company's safety, work rules, and policies.

Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Attend meetings and ensure all

parties are informed of project progress.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in electrical trade and preferably in data center construction.

Proficiency in interpreting and comprehending drawings, submittals, specifications, and BIM detailing is essential for this role.

Strong organizational and skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle & have Driver’s license with a

clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

This position may require travel to various project sites.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.

Potential Hazards

Outside most of the time

Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures

Manufacturing and refining environment

Fit and move in confined spaces including tanks and vessels

Limited working surfaces

Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors

Exposure to areas with limited visibility

Climbing up and down stairs and ladders to both get in and out of trenches and up to elevated platforms (scaffolding at significant heights)

Lifting necessary equipment and materials 1-50 pounds, 50% of the time on a monthly basis for required tasks

Potential Or Periodic Amounts Of Time For The Following

If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.

Essential Requirements

Walking on uneven terrain, with an average of 2 miles per day

Standing

Sit, stoop, crawl, and kneel

Use of respirator if position requires

Driving if required to travel
