Since 2005, Ruby Canyon Environmental, Inc. has been committed to supporting our clients climate and sustainability initiatives. Acquired by TÜV SÜD America Inc. in December 2022, we continue to be a global leader in providing assurance services for the carbon markets and sustainability.
Job Overview:
The Client Engagement Coordinator plays a critical client-facing role, providing essential support to management, technical staff, clients, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills, capable of managing multiple detailed processes simultaneously in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for new customer inquiries via email, phone, and website.
Inquiry Coordination: Coordinate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Proposal Development: Assist in the development and submission of proposals for customers and RFPs, eventually leading this process.
Customer Onboarding: Manage the collection and organization of initial customer information for internal onboarding.
Other Responsibilities:
Contracting Support: Collaborate with Project Coordinator to facilitate client contracting.
Template Development: Create and refine templates for proposals and other pre-engagement processes.
Data Management: Perform data entry and maintain project management software (Zoho) to track customer inquiries, proposals, and deliverables.
Special Projects: Undertake specialized projects and tasks as assigned.
Travel: Some travel required.
Qualifications/Qualifikationen
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or client-facing role.
Experience with RFPs, proposal drafting, customer service.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Experience working under tight deadlines and pressure.
Proficiency in standard software packages, including MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree.
Spanish language proficiency.
