Job Description:
As a Junior Visual Designer, you will report directly to the Lead Designer and play a key role in crafting visually compelling designs that enhance the customer journey. You’ll bring a sense of elevated design to our projects, infusing fun and personality into every aspect of our brand. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to create cohesive and engaging visual content. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic environment and contribute to a thriving e-commerce brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidates who are not physically located in one of these areas may not be considered for this role.The base pay range for this position is $63,500 - 70,500 per year ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, a full range of medical and other benefits is offered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of digital assets, including website banners, social media graphics, email templates, and product images.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to develop visual content for various campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Support the design and layout of landing pages, and other web-based content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for improving the overall visual aesthetic of the brand.
- Work with the creative team to ensure the accurate implementation of visual designs.
- Demonstrate creative abilities, ranging from initial sketches to layouts, to final designs.
- Maintain a strong sense of elevated design, ensuring that all visual content aligns with the brand’s style and personality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in visual design and e-commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of web design principles, including responsive design.
- Experience with digital design executions, including web graphics, email campaigns, and social media assets.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills, particularly in digital formats.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color theory and typography.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- UX/UI experience.
