Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, hotel accommodations, and itinerary planning.
- Organize and maintain filing systems of important documents and records.
- Support the execution of company events and meetings, ensuring all details are accounted for.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with expense tracking and reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
